From Windward side and Diamond Head #1- You can also take the Halawa/Stadium exit. H-3 Halawa exit for your windward residents. Take a right at the second light onto Kahuapaani St. Proceed to the third traffic light, which is Salt Lake Blvd. The stadium will be on your right and the Ice Palace to your left. Turn left. Go to second traffic light, turn left onto Ala Oli St. Go through the round-about Which puts you on Haloa Drive, take the first right onto Kukila St. Turn into the parking lot.
From Diamond Head #2 - You can take the Tripler exit. Turn left at the light. Go to the second light and turn right on Salt Lake Blvd and go straight to Ala Oli St. Turn right onto Ala Oli St. Go through the round-about and take the first right onto Kukila St. Turn into parking lot.
There are numerous ways to get to the OVC in Foster Village. The route depends on which direction you are coming from.
From Ewa direction - take the Halawa/Stadium exit right lane onto Kahuapaani St. Proceed to the second traffic light, which is Salt Lake Blvd. The stadium will be on your right and the Stadium Mall to your left. Turn left. There are two left turns lanes at the light. Go to second traffic light, turn left onto Ala Oli St. Go through the round-about which puts you on Haloa Drive, take the first right onto Kukila St. Turn into the parking lot.
From Diamond Head #3 - This one only works if you have a base sticker on your car. Take the Moana Lua Valley exit. Go straight past Kaiser Hospital to the stop sign and turn left at Ala Kapuna. Go straight into Aliamanu Military Reservation. proceed up, and down the hill. At the first stop sign turn right. This puts you on Aliamanu Drive, which turns into Bougainville Drive after you exit AMR. Turn right on Haloa Drive and proceed to the round-about. Follow the directions in the last sentence of #1 and #2.
How to get to the Oahu Veterans Center
From the Windward side and Ewa Option #3 (see note below)
1. Take the Pali into town. Stay in left lane when you take the exit.
2. Go straight into Kinau and turn left at Ward Ave. Go to second traffic light and turn right onto Green St. At the 4-way stop, turn left onto Thurston Ave. Take the next left onto Wilder Ave.
3. Continue going straight until the end of Wilder Ave.
4. Proceed into driveway for 999 Wilder and park in rear.
